?? Duties:

* Provide support in the processes for obtaining corporate certifications, through active collaboration in the documentation of processes, procedures and controls related to the regulations and standards with the greatest current impact in the technological field, in order to apply continuous improvement in the management of GRC (Governance, Risks and Compliance).
* Support and advise any area of the company on certifications, study of competitors and other bodies.
* Support and advise the rest of the company's departments on issues related to the integrated management system.
* Maintain and update the documentation process, policies, procedures, records, training and controls related to the IMS.
* Provide support in tasks related to the approval of suppliers, and their respective reviews.
* Provide support in relation to the completion of tender documents, questionnaires, and RFPs to pre-sales, TAMs and PMs of projects.
* Provide support to contribute to the successful outcome of internal and external audits by following up and resolving detected non-conformities.
* Record non-conformities, observations and opportunities for improvement arising from internal and external audits.

* Information Security, Business Continuity, Cybersecurity
* Security standards applicable to the technology industry
* Audits (internal or external)
* Spoken and written English at an intermediate level.
* Flowcharting tools (Lucidchart, Airtable, ETC)
