Promote the value proposition on Plastic pallets among customers (food retailers and their fresh food suppliers), scout and engage Prospects
Work directly with country teams, supporting them in adopting a pallet sales mindset, in selling the benefits and features that make the difference to our customers
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with the SE Country teams. Ensure the correct and timely management of the Opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce), training the local teams to ensure consistency in the approach
Establish and nourish rapport with customers to win business, by adopting a sales consulting approach to understand customers' pain points
Build service offers with strong value propositions, and follow the sales process including business case creation, service offer development, negotiation with customers, contract development and service implementation
Revenue and Profitability achievement as per SE regions' budget
Understand the evolution of our customers' supply chain, and the competition strategies helping IFCO stay one step ahead
Be an ambassador of the brand and its circular economy business model
Deliver annual budgeted volume, revenue and/or EBITDA of the Plastic Pallets
Commercial plan and sales pipeline in terms of size of opportunities and progress
Collaborating to reach strategic targets
Customer and business partners (retailers and suppliers) satisfaction

Requisitos mínimos
University Degree required or comparable education
Working experience in B2B services, retail or pooling services >5 years
Commercial competences: negotiation
University Degree required or comparable education
Professional qualification (logistics, sales, purchasing) desirable but not essential
Solid experience (<5Y) in Commercial roles, in B2B Services with exposure in the Supply Chain of FMCG and Retailer industries
Proven commercial experience in building relationships, selling products, price negotiations, with retail and/or suppliers
Understanding and market knowledge of food retail and logistics for both retailers and their suppliers. Experience in the FMCG or Supply Chain or pooling industries in Spain (and France as desirable)
Has a mindset of estimating, reviewing and forecasting key variables in pooling services: volumes, stock turn etc.
Will feel comfortable working in a matrix, multinational environment
Strong Drive for results, Customer focus and Team collaboration with an ability to make things happen through building good relationships and having clear and concise communication
Ability to reach a quick understanding of customer requirements, accurately interpret underlying needs, buying behaviour, change drivers, influencers and direction.
Ability to extract and define key drivers to customer's decision-making and to generate internal and external team processes to influence it
Solid skills in engaging and motivating teams and individuals to ensure collaboration
